Application Fee : Rs.130/- (Rs.90/- for SC/ST of Uttarakhand) in the form of Bank Draft / Postal Order &nbsp;in favour of &nbsp;"Secretary, Uttarakhand Public Service Commission, Haridwar" payable at Haridwar. &nbsp; Please write your name and address at the back of the draft.

How to Apply : Application forms in the prescribed format completed in all respects must reach the Secretary, Uttarakhand Public Service Commission, Gurukul Kangri, Haridwar-249404 at the commission office either by registered post/ speed post or personally (by hand) up to 06-00 P.M. on or before 03/10/2013.
