| Registrar | i) PG degree with 55% marks. ii) 15 yrs of experience as Assistant Professor in the AGP(Rs. 7000/-) & 8 years service in AGP(Rs. 8000/-). OR Same experience in Research establishment OR 15 yrs administrative experience of which 8 yrs as a deputy registrar post. |
| Finance Officer | i) PG degree with 55% marks. ii) 15 yrs of experience as Assistant Professor in the AGP(Rs. 7000/-) & 8 years service in AGP(Rs. 8000/-). OR Same experience in Research establishment OR 15 yrs administrative experience of which 8 yrs as a deputy registrar post. |
| Public Relation Officer | i) PG Degree in Communication & Journalism with 55% marks ii) 5 yrs experience as a Public relations Officer iii) Writing skills in English & Malayalam. |
| Technical Officer | M.Sc in Chemistry/ Physics/ Botany/ Zoology with 55% marks with 2 yrs experience OR M.Sc in Chemistry/ Physics/ Botany/ Zoology with 55% marks with 3 years experience OR B.Tech (Instrumentation) with 60% marks with 4 years experience |
