Educational Qualification:
Job hunters must have Passed Intermediate (10+2) or equivalent examination from recognised board.
Age Limit:
- Applicants must have attained age of not less than 18 years and must not have attained age of 25 years as on 01st March 2016.
- Age Relaxation will be applicable for Reserved Category as per Govt. Rules.
Application Fee:
- Candidates are required to pay Rs. 100/- as application free by SBI through Challan or online payment through net banking or credit or debit cards.
- No fee for SC/ST/Ex- serviceman/Women candidates.
Selection Process:
Selection of deserving contenders will be based on Skill Test, Physical Standard test and Medical Standard test.
Skill Test On Computer:
Dictation of 10 min @ 80 wpm with transcription time 50 min in English or 65 min in Hindi on computer.
Physical Standards:
Height:
- For all except ST candidates: Male 165 cm for men and 155 cms for women
- All candidates belong to ST: 162.5 cms Male Rs. 150 cms for Female
Chest For Male Only:
- All except ST Candidates: 77 cms unexpanded or 82 cms expanded
- ST candidates: 76 cms unexpanded 81 cms expanded
- Chest expansion must be at least 5 cms.
- Medical Standards: Must be medically fit in all respect at the time of recruitment process.
Pay Scale:
Aspirants selected for Assistant Sub-Inspector will be placed in the PB 1 Rs. 5200 - 20200 with GP Rs. 2800/- with minimum pay band is Rs. 8560/- per month and other allowances admissible to central Govt. employees from time to time under the rules.
