Qualification:- Degree of B.E. in Civil Engineering of a recognized University, or its equivalent qualification recognized by the Government of Gujarat (ii) Basic knowledge of Computer Application as prescribed in the Gujarat Civil Service Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules,1967 (iii) Adequate knowledge of Gujarati and Hindi.
