Jammu & Kashmir Police Headquarters has released the notification for the recruitment of the post of Sub-Inspector (Executive and Armed Wings). Eligible candidates can apply online on or before 16 February 2017 (11:59 pm).
Post Details:-
Post Name:- Sub Inspector (Executive and Armed Wings)
Vacancies:- 658 (Executive Wing - 482 and Armed Wing -176)
Age Limit:- 18 to 28 years
Pay Scale:- Rs.9300-34800/- + Grade pay Rs.4240/-
Qualification & Experience:- Graduate in any discipline from recognized university.

Application Fee:- Candidates have to pay fee of Rs.300/- through online mode or CSC or E-Challan (Acc No. 0747010100000005) of J&K Bank till 20 February 2017 (Banking Hours).

How to Apply:- Eligible candidates can apply online through website www.jkpolice.gov.in on or before 16 February 2017(11:59 pm).

Selection Procedure:- Physical Endurance Test, Physical Standard Test, Written Examination, Viva-Voce/ Personality Assessment Test.

Notes:-

• Candidates shall clearly state their preference for Executive/ Armed wing at the time of filing their online application.
  
• Selected candidates shall be required to undergo the prescribed Basic Training Course.
  
• Selected candidates shall have to serve in any part of the State as per the order.
  
• Age relaxation will be given as per the rules.
  
• TA/ DA will not be paid for attending the tests.
